Timshel Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable CDL-A OTR Company Driver to operate our 2018 Freightliner Cascadia sleeper.
We are a small, growing trucking company based in Clayton, North Carolina. We are looking for a professional driver who values safety, communication, reliability, and taking care of equipment. As a small carrier, our goal is to build a strong working relationship with our driver rather than have them feel like just another truck number.
Compensation
25% of the truck's weekly gross revenue, paid weekly.
Your compensation grows with the revenue generated by the truck. Load and settlement information will be available so that weekly percentage-based compensation can be clearly calculated.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2 years of recent tractor-trailer experience preferred
- Current DOT medical card
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Acceptable accident and safety history
- No recent serious moving violations
- FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse eligibility
- Ability to pass DOT-required pre-employment drug testing
- Ability to meet Timshel Logistics' insurance requirements
- Professional communication and reliability
- Willingness to operate OTR
Final employment is contingent upon satisfactory driving-record review, required DOT/FMCSA qualification checks, and approval by the company's commercial auto insurance carrier.
