The Office/Retail Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the retail sales of the Lincoln Marine product line. This position will be a part-time role. This role will support customer interactions, and maintaining organized office records. The successful candidate will project a professional company image in person and with phone interaction.
Pay for this position is $18-$22/hour, depending on experience!!!
Primary Functions:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone communications. Greet customers and visitors.
- General clerical duties including, but not limited to, copying, faxing, filing, and mailings.
- Be knowledgeable on all Lincoln Marine products – be able to explain the benefits and features – pricing, etc.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prefer two years of office business or sales experience.
- Must have working knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. Possessing a Safe Boaters certificate is desirable.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
