What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Company Office Manager position at Timothy Mott LLC (dba My Pool Guy)?
Looking for a well organized person who can help us manage a million little details in our fast growing company, so the customers get the best possible service and the owner can continue to grow the company.
A basic understanding of swimming pools is a must. Experience in the swimming pool construction field is a major plus. Working remotely from home is a definite option, but you need to be able to come work in the office as needed.
Here are some of the details that need to be managed:
- Manage incoming leads, respond to them and make sure they receive quotes and calls in a timely manner.
- Prepare and send out quotes and contracts, and follow up on bids.
- Source materials with our suppliers
- Manage job requests and make sure they are completed in a timely basis.
- Bill customers for work done and follow up on outstanding bills.
- Follow up with employees to make sure tasks are complete.
- Contact subcontractors to schedule various parts of projects
- Track employee profitability
We have an excellent reputation for quality and customer service and we receive 98% of our new business through referrals. The owner has been in the industry for 39 years and has owned and managed many different companies.
This company is 3 yrs old and has 8 employees and 7 trucks and is growing at a pace of over 50% per year, which is why we need a great detail person so we can continue to grow and create more great jobs for more great people.
We offer 5 sick days per year as well as 2 weeks paid vacation after the first year.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
