Schedule: 6:00 AM-3:00PM 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Full-Time)

Direct Care Specialist – Residential Program (Faith-Based Environment)This is not a passive care role. This is a leadership role.

We are a faith-based residential program committed to helping young people build structure, accountability, and purpose in their lives.

We are seeking individuals who can bring consistency, strong character, and leadership presence into a structured environment. This role goes beyond supervision—you will actively mentor, redirect behavior, and help youth develop life skills that support long-term success.

You are not required to share our faith, but you must be respectful of and comfortable working within a program that incorporates faith-based principles into daily life.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct supervision and active engagement in a residential setting
  • Build respect-based relationships while maintaining clear boundaries
  • Redirect behaviors and manage high-energy or crisis situations
  • Help reinforce character development, personal responsibility, and positive decision-making
  • Support participation in program structure, including faith-based components (e.g., group time, reflection, values-based discussions)
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and consistent environment
  • Complete documentation and communicate effectively with your team

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Residential care, behavioral health, juvenile programs, or similar settings
  • Experience working with youth or in structured environments
  • Background in coaching, mentoring, ministry support roles, military, or team leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
