The Direct Care/Mentoring Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in Searcy, AR. This role focuses on providing direct care, mentorship, and daily support to at-risk youth within a structured and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include building meaningful relationships with residents, assisting with daily routines, fostering life skills development, supporting emotional and physical well-being, and guiding youth through personal growth. Team members work collaboratively to create a safe and Christ-centered environment aligned with the mission of Timothy Hill Ranch.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid and current driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and mentor youth
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with youth, staff, and families
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to care
- Commitment to a Christ-centered mission and values
- Experience in youth development, social work, or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of critical care or supporting at-risk populations is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
