Job Description: National Sales Representative

Location: Plano, TX

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role. Sales experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

  • Skilled in strategic planning, organizing, and managing territories.
  • Capable of attentively listening to customer insights to align solutions with their goals and requirements.
  • Demonstrates tactfulness and diplomatic engagement.
  • Possesses robust skills in interpersonal communication.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques.
  • Shows resilience and determination in pursuing sales opportunities with consistency.
  • Adaptable and responsive to evolving business environments.
  • Knowledgeable about market dynamics, competitive landscape, and can identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Skilled in persuading and influencing decision-makers.
  • Required to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, projecting a positive image of the company.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and CRMs for managing contacts, accounts, pipelines, and tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute the Sales strategy in the designated territory, focusing on building and sustaining a high-quality residential client portfolio including Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Attorneys, etc., through new acquisitions and nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales for Timios products and services.
  • Achieve set sales goals and revenue targets as directed by management.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Engage and network with Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Attorneys, etc., to develop business and secure new orders from both new and existing clients.
  • Generate prospective customer lists from various sources like networking events, online platforms, print media, and industry events, and implement a calling strategy for qualified real estate professionals and legal advisors.
  • Evaluate client needs and devise, present, and implement tailored plans to address those needs.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the market by participating in real estate events and community activities.
  • Work with internal marketing teams to develop localized marketing materials and establish a social media presence to enhance brand visibility and support sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to various customer groups and stakeholders.
  • Regular interaction with other departments (Operations, Marketing, Escrow branches) to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Proactively communicate and respond promptly to client inquiries and needs.
