Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HR Co-op role for Fall 2026 located in Toronto, OH. In this position, the HR Co-op will assist with key human resources functions, such as supporting HR policies, participating in employee benefits administration, and contributing to personnel management initiatives. Additional responsibilities include assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining HR records, and collaborating with the HR team to develop process improvements. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational HR objectives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, HR Policies, and HR Management practices
- Experience or coursework in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus
