We are a BCBA-owned and operated ABA practice serving children and families across Northeast Florida. Our team focuses on compassionate, individualized care that supports not only the learner, but the family and environments surrounding them.

As we continue expanding our services, including our new center in St. Augustine , we are looking for a BCBA who wants to be part of a collaborative and growing clinical team whose practice align with our values.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and clinical staff
- Review clinical data and make programming modifications based on learner progress
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers to support consistency across environments
- Support skill generalization through naturalistic and meaningful teaching opportunities
- Maintain ethical, organized, and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in a supportive clinical culture centered around teamwork and quality care

Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with caregivers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to balance clinical excellence with compassionate care
