Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Wesley Chapel, FL. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing ABA therapy programs, conducting behavior assessments, training caregivers and staff, and monitoring client progress. Daily tasks include creating behavior intervention plans, data collection and analysis, and providing direct and indirect behavior interventions. The BCBA will work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and individualized care.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience in Parent Education and training techniques
- Background in Psychology and understanding of behavior principles
- Proficiency in Behavior Management strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
