Customer Service Representative
Must be fluent in Spanish and English. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative. Timeshare knowledge is a plus but is not required. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized person who can work independently with minimal supervision. Ideal candidate is dependable, good at multi-tasking, has experience with phones, excel and Word, and loves to take on new challenges. A positive work attitude is a must!

Duties include:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer concerns
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and empathy
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Bilingual
