Shooter / Editor – Creative Agency

Full-Time | 5 Years Experience | On-Site

We’re looking for a world-class Shooter/Editor who lives and breathes content creation, someone who can shoot cinematic footage, edit at high speed, and understands exactly where Instagram and TikTok content is heading.

This role is for a creator who’s as comfortable flying a drone or operating a gimbal as they are tearing through a timeline to produce trending short-form edits or polished long-form pieces. If you thrive in fast-paced creative environments and can turn raw footage into thumb-stopping visuals, this is for you.

• Shoot high-quality content for campaigns, social, branded storytelling, and creator-driven formats.
• Edit both short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form content with strong pacing, rhythm, and narrative sense.
• Operate gimbals, drones, and on-the-go camera setups confidently and creatively.
• Bring trend awareness and platform-native editing instincts to every project.
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop concepts, shot lists, and visual approaches.
• Deliver polished, fast-moving edits under tight timelines.
• Manage footage, organize assets, and maintain clean, efficient workflows.
  

• 5 years of professional shooting editing experience.
• Expert-level editing in Premiere Pro (DaVinci or Final Cut a plus).
• Proven experience editing both long-form and short-form content.
• Strong gimbal operation skills (Ronin/Weebill/etc.).
• Strong drone skills (Part 107 certification is a plus).
• Deep understanding of social-first video, trends, pacing, hooks, and retention strategy.
• Ability to work fast, adapt quickly, and maintain a high creative bar.
• Strong communication, organization, and on-set awareness.
• Must be located in or near Burbank, CA and able to work in-office daily.
  

• Color grading experience.
• Experience directing talent or creators.
• Motion graphics/After Effects knowledge.
• Experience in agency or fast-paced production environments.
