About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead and elevate the creative vision across all Times10 projects, campaigns, and client partnerships.


This role will oversee the creative direction of campaigns spanning social, video, experiential, branding, creator content, paid media, and digital storytelling. You will help shape ideas from concept to execution while leading a multidisciplinary creative team and collaborating closely with strategy, production, account management, and leadership.


The ideal candidate understands both culture and conversion, someone equally passionate about world-class storytelling and building creative that performs across modern platforms.


This position is based onsite in Los Angeles.


You Will...
  • Lead creative direction across client campaigns, internal brand initiatives, and original content
  • Develop culturally relevant campaign concepts that connect with audiences across social and digital platforms
  • Oversee creative execution from ideation through production, post-production, and launch
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire designers, editors, producers, and creative talent across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, growth, production, and account teams to align creative with client goals and business outcomes
  • Raise the overall creative standard of the agency through strong taste, storytelling, and execution
  • Help shape and evolve Times10’s creative identity and visual language
  • Direct shoots, oversee edits, provide creative feedback, and ensure high-quality execution across all deliverables
  • Stay deeply connected to trends in culture, sports, entertainment, social media, and creator ecosystems
  • Present creative concepts and campaign direction confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Help build scalable creative systems and workflows as the company continues to grow


You Have...
  • 7 years of experience in an AGENCY environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level creative thinking, storytelling, and execution across digital and social platforms
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of social-first content, creator marketing, brand storytelling, and digital culture
  • Experience directing creative across video, social, experiential, branding, and performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to move quickly, adapt creatively, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Strong instincts for what resonates culturally and visually in today’s media landscape
  • Experience working with brands, creators, athletes, or entertainment properties is highly preferred


Exceptional Candidates Will Have...
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or creator-led brands
  • Strong production knowledge across shoots, post-production, and content workflows
  • Experience scaling creative systems within a high-growth agency or startup environment
  • Deep familiarity with creator ecosystems, social trends, and internet culture
  • A portfolio featuring work that generated meaningful engagement, conversation, or earned attention organically
