JOB OVERVIEW:
Rock107 is a legendary classic rock station in Northeast PA with over 40 years of delivering great music to our listeners and great results for our advertisers. And now we're looking for someone to join our rockstar sales team. If you're interested in a career in advertising sales, this is a great opportunity to you. You'll be able to work for one of the most recognized radio brands in NEPA and sell advertising solutions to clients throughout Northeast PA. You'll have the ability to sell sponsorships, digital advertising, promotional opportunities such as popular Fairway to Heaven and Prospectors Pantry Radio and advertising campaigns on our top-rated local shows hosted by Prospector, Kait, Hoover and Neil Trama
DUTIES:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities by prospecting clients across various industries and conducting client-needs analysis meetings.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients' objectives, budgets, and target demographics to recommend effective advertising solutions that maximize ROI.
- Customized Proposals: Create tailored proposals showcasing the benefits of partnering with Rock107 to support clients' business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including the creative department, scheduling department, and finance office to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and gather market insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for achieving monthly sales targets.
