The Plant Controller is responsible for overseeing the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures the accuracy of financial records, supports strategic decision-making, and manages the day-to-day accounting functions. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and fixed assets.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and respond to audit findings.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
