Summary
TMS is seeking an Internal Controls Coordinator to join our finance team. This role will assist in maintaining the company's intellectual property profile, coordinate legal document preparation, and support contract management for commercial, USG, and international contracts. This position offers a unique opportunity to help reduce the company's exposure to risks that pose potential liabilities to the business, and contribute to a dynamic team that supports global operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the review & execution of legal documentation such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Certifications/Representations, Business General Terms Agreements, and Purchase Order Contracts.
- Protect product lines by effectively managing company trademark portfolio; to includestorefront(s) on 3rd party brand registry platforms.
- Coordinate registration of new trademarks across multiple RF brand lines.
- Maintain the status of registered trademarks, research & investigate potential trademarks violations, and reduce infringements by interfacing with external counsel to report& provide guidance on enforcement actions.
- Collaborate with Marketing Technologist & AI Engineer to implement and manage effective internal control processes that capture the full compliance requirements of legal documents.
- Provide workflow support for internal contract review processes.
- Interface with customers to resolve contract related matters.

- Ability to identify, organize, and properly handle confidential information.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to cross-functionally collaborate.
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite of software.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience; preferably in a legal, compliance, or finance department for a manufacturing company in the aerospace & defense industry.
- College Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies/Certification, or related studies.
- Understanding of the Department of Defense FAR/DFAR regulations.
- Prior work supporting horizontal M&A integration.
- Experience withOracle and SharePoint software.
