We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bindery Operator - II who loves solving mechanical challenges and takes pride in producing high‑quality printed products. If you want to lead a small team, work with your hands, and make an impact every day, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a small mailroom team to complete high‑quality saddle‑stitched magazines, booklets, and newspaper products.
- Palletize, insert, label, and strap broadsheets, tabloids, and magazines.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance on bindery and mailroom equipment.
- Take on additional mailroom duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of bindery experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability.
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
- Willingness to work various shifts.
