What you’ll do:
- Oversee and manage several residential reroofing projects simultaneously, from initial loading of materials to final completion.
- Directly manage crews assigning responsibilities and jobs to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
- Maintain strict quality assurance standards, identifying potential issues proactively to prevent complications.
- Participate in the hiring and firing process, conducting performance evaluations in coordination with senior management.
- Serve as the primary contact for teams and builders, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
