We are seeking a highly experienced and headstrong Field Superintendent to manage production roofing operations across Southern California, from the greater Los Angeles area to the High Desert region. This high-level position requires extensive experience in running and managing multiple commercial roofing crews and a comprehensive knowledge of all roofing products and quality assurance protocols.
The Field Superintendent will be the critical link between projects and management, handling a diverse range of responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Oversee and manage 15–20 commercial roofing projects simultaneously, from initial loading of materials to final completion.
- Directly manage crews of 15–20 employees, assigning responsibilities and jobs to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
- Maintain strict quality assurance standards, identifying potential issues proactively to prevent complications.
- Participate in the hiring and firing process, conducting performance evaluations in coordination with senior management.
- Serve as the primary contact for teams and builders, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
