The Role
TimelyCare is seeking a Clinical Training Intern to support the Clinical Research and Training team through a combination of continuing education program coordination, clinical training development, outcomes evaluation, and applied research activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in clinical program management, workforce training, data analysis, and evidence-based behavioral health initiatives within a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization.
Working closely with the Director of Clinical Research and Training, the intern will play a key role in supporting TimelyCare’s APA- and ASWB-sponsored Continuing Education (CE) program, analyzing clinical and operational data, developing training content, and supporting the ongoing evolution of TimelyCare’s K-12 clinical training infrastructure.

Location
- This is a remote position reviewing candidates across the country.
- 15 hours per week
- June - September 1, 2026
- Support coordination of TimelyCare’s existing APA- and ASWB-sponsored Continuing Education program.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify high-impact training topics and opportunities.
- Coordinate speaker outreach, scheduling, and logistics for continuing education programming.
- Assist in developing, tracking, and evaluating success metrics related to clinical training initiatives and care delivery outcomes.
- Support reorganization of clinical training/onboarding modules for TimelyCare’s K-12 service line.
- Assist with clinical content development and evidence-based training resource creation.
- Analyze, edit, and reformat existing clinical training materials to align with evolving service packages and operational workflows.
- Assist with the modularization of existing training content to improve scalability and sustainability.
- Support the migration of training modules into TalentLMS and other learning management platforms.
- Participate in team meetings, strategic planning discussions, and professional development opportunities.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of team objectives and company goals.
- 1-3 years of experience conducting clinical research, program evaluation, clinical service delivery, or related academic work through graduate education, internships, practicum placements, or professional roles.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a doctoral program (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Public Health, or a related field, with applicants who have already attained a masters-level clinical degree preferred.
- Advanced training in evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral health interventions, with applicants who have experience working with pediatric, adolescent, or young adult populations preferred.
- Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies and outcomes assessment.
- Strong written communication skills, including academic and professional writing.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools.
