Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on the US market. The ideal candidate will be hands-on throughout the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting the clients to research and outreach, including cold calls. The ideal candidate will have exceptional public relations skills, a robust professional network, and a proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients. This role is critical in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end Sales process, including sourcing potential clients, managing databases, conducting thorough research.
  • Initiating outreach strategies, including cold calls, email campaigns.
  • Utilize IT experience to effectively sell IT services to the US market.
  • Demonstrate passion for sales and exhibit a go-getter attitude, bringing immediate results and contributing to the team's success.
  • Innovate new sales strategies and approaches to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
  • Actively engage with leads and clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Assist in the development of business strategies and plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for growth and develop actionable plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

Other Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients within various industries, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to generate leads.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and provide insights to the team.
  • Client Onboarding: Oversee the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong start to the partnership.
  • Public Relations: Utilize your public relations expertise to enhance the company's visibility in the market, attending industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, ensuring transparency and accountability in all sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling IT services to the US market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong IT background with a deep understanding of technology trends and solutions.
  • Strong professional network within the industry, with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and onboarding new clients, with references to support achievements.
  • Experience in public relations or marketing, with the ability to effectively promote the company and its services.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to sales and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative sales strategies.
