What are the responsibilities and job description for the Management Trainee position at Timeless Management Incorporated?
Timeless Management Agency, where we're in the business of building careers, not just filling seats. We're seeking a Management Trainee in Atlanta with a passion for AT&T's tech and a tolerance for bad puns. Get ready to master business operations and strategic sales with leaders who believe in training wheels—that happen to be attached to a fighter jet.
As a Management Trainee, you won't just be stuck in one corner. You'll rotate through all the key pieces of our AT&T campaign puzzle. With formal training in outreach management and operational excellence, the Management Trainee will develop the leadership skills to one day run the entire board—or at least know where all the missing pieces are.
Why the Management Trainee Role Matters
A great leader doesn't just enjoy the harvest; they know how to nurture the soil. You'll get your hands dirty, learning how much sun our teams need, how to prune underperforming strategies, and the art of grafting new ideas onto old roots. The Management Trainee is not just picking fruits; you're learning to cultivate the entire orchard.
Day-to-Day Duties of the Management Trainee
- Rotate through sales, client services, and operations to build a working knowledge of AT&T’s business outreach and service delivery.
- Assist team leads in executing outreach strategies, managing client workflows, and meeting campaign performance benchmarks.
- Analyze CRM data to track pipeline movement, identify service trends, and support territory-level reporting.
- Support onboarding by coordinating training sessions, sharing process documentation, and reinforcing campaign protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve provisioning delays and documentation issues, ensuring smooth activation and service alignment.
- Contribute to workflow audits, performance reviews, and strategic planning to drive campaign growth and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For in a Management Trainee
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications preferred to support leadership development and campaign execution.
- Experience in sales, customer engagement, or team coordination—ideally in telecom, retail, or service-based industries.
- Strong communication and analytical skills; able to interpret performance data and support team workflows.
- CRM proficient; uses data to track outreach progress, identify service gaps, and contribute to campaign forecasting.
- Available during standard business hours and for scheduled campaign activations to support training and outreach coverage.
