What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Specialist position at Timeless Etchings Co?
At Timeless Etchings, we produce beautifully laser burned and UV printed wood products from repurposed wine barrels from the Walla Walla Valley and other natural materials sourced from the Pacific Northwest. We are a company that is focused on creating unique, special gifts made in the USA.
We are looking for someone that can enthusiastically take on new tasks as assigned and complete them in a timely manner.

This position involves the following:
Process orders accurately with price tag/licensing sticker
Have attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Organize and maintain shipping/parts inventory
Inspect products for defects and damages, ensuring that all products shipped meet company standards
Receive/Organize incoming supplies and product materials
Maintain communication with Administrative Assistant and Machine Programmer
Effectively communicate issues or warehouse needs
Maintain clean and organized Packaging/Shipping-Receiving area
Create, print and apply appropriate shipping labels on shipments and input tracking into tracking systems.
Spraying/ finishing products and maintaining dry times.
Perform other duties as skills allow, or as assigned by floor supervisor

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
