Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable In-Home Sales Representative to join our team. This position involves meeting with pre-qualified leads in their homes, demonstrating our product offerings, and helping customers design their dream bathroom solution.
No cold calling or door-to-door required — all appointments are set by our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers.
- Present and demonstrate our shower, tub, and walk-in tub products with professionalism.
- Develop customized solutions based on customer needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Prepare accurate estimates and close sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Participate in training and team meetings to stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven success in in-home, face-to-face, or residential sales preferred (home improvement, remodeling, or similar industries a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using digital tools (tablet, CRM, etc.) for presentations and lead tracking.
