Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chattanooga, TN, for a Clinical Director. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, provide professional supervision to clinical staff, and guide evidence-based treatment practices. Responsibilities include managing program delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, accessing and evaluating patient care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support their holistic approach to mental healthcare.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Medicine and Behavioral Health
- Proven expertise in Clinical Supervision with a focus on Mental Health
- Background in Psychology and Mental Health care practices
- Strong understanding of working with Intensive Mood and Thought Disorders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, or a related field
- State licensure and certifications related to clinical practice or mental health care
- Experience in a mental health or behavioral health leadership role
