Part-Time Office Administrator / Billing Coordinator

Time Uniform Inc. – Lindenhurst, NY

PHYSICAL IN-PERSON POSITION – NO REMOTE WORK

Growing rental company seeking a reliable, organized individual to assist with:

  • Invoicing
  • Accounts Receivable & Collections
  • Accounts Payable / Bill Paying
  • Customer Account Management
  • Phone & Email Communication
  • QuickBooks or similar software experience preferred

Schedule: 15–20 hours per week, Monday–Thursday
Location: Lindenhurst, NY (In Office)
Pay: $18–$28 per hour based on experience

We are looking for someone dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking with customers. This position requires working in our office and interacting with our team and customers.
