This position supports the daily operations of our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) while also helping maintain meaningful connections with former clients through alumni outreach and engagement.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with clients, assisting clinical and administrative staff, facilitating activities, and stepping in wherever support is needed to help the program operate safely and efficiently.

  • Help maintain a safe, structured, professional, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Support staff with daily tasks and general facility needs as assigned.
  • Assist with client supervision, transitions between programming, breaks, meals, and other scheduled activities.
  • Facilitate or assist with appropriate groups, activities, and recovery-focused programming within the scope of the position.

  • Help coordinate alumni events, activities, meetings, and other opportunities for continued community involvement.
  • Encourage appropriate alumni participation while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
  • Communicate client concerns, behavioral changes, safety concerns, or other relevant information to the appropriate clinical or leadership staff.
  • Assist with maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout common areas and program spaces.
  • Complete required documentation, logs, tracking, and other assigned administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, medical, administrative, and operational team members.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities throughout the facility as needed to support clients, staff, and overall program operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, recovery services, or a related setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with both current clients and program alumni.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must demonstrate good judgment, professionalism, and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
  • Ability to participate in and supervise program activities and outings as required.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who understands that working in behavioral health requires flexibility, teamwork, compassion, and accountability. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, building community, supporting alumni, and helping wherever necessary to keep the program running smoothly.

The right candidate will be proactive, approachable, and willing to take initiative rather than waiting to be directed on every task. Above all, they should be committed to supporting a positive treatment environment and contributing to the overall success of our clients and program.
