Full Job Description:
ATV, UTV, and watercraft rental shop in Cave Creek, AZ, just north of Scottsdale. We are seeking self-motivated, hard-working, and outgoing individual to join our team. Our mission is to provide customers with an unforgettable adventure and positive experience as they explore the Arizona desert on a self-guided tour.
Requirements:
- Weekends and some holidays
- Driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledgeable about basic operations of ATV/UTV equipment (preferred)
- Cell phone
Responsivities:
- Knowledge of off-road vehicles is a plus.
- Checking in reservations and helping walk-in customers with finding the right vehicle for their off-road rental. Providing friendly and interpersonal customer service. Complete rental requirements and processing payments.
- Inspecting vehicles before and after reservations. Ensuring no damage and good working conditions. Providing customers with proper ATV/UTV operations, safety briefings, and assisting in fitting safety gear for the ride.
- Providing trail guidance and scenic routes for our riders.
- Problem-solving includes addressing customers questions and concerns, troubleshooting mechanical issues over the phone, and providing a positive experience for all renters at any skill level of riding.
- Answering phone calls and booking reservations.
- Reservation prep and maintaining a clean and organized shop.
- Power washing vehicles.
- Cleaning coolers and safety gear when returned.
- Additional tasks may include tire swaps, on-trail recoveries (truck and trailer experience required), driving of units, and pick up/drop off of watercrafts.
- At times lifting more than 50 lbs, but not often.
- Working on various projects as management sees fit and daily checklists.
- Each employee working a full day gets a 30-minute lunch (to be taken after reservations have been sent out and not at the busiest time of the day).
