What are the responsibilities and job description for the Escape Room Game Master (Customer Service) position at Time to Escape: the Escape Room Experience?
Time to Escape is an escape room business in downtown Chattanooga, and we are looking for an employee to fill our open "GameMaster" position.
An escape room is a fun entertainment venue where customers are "locked" in a room they must then escape from. While we have two Atlanta area locations, this position is for our Chattanooga location, near the aquarium.
Duties include customer service, checking-in customers, basic tasks such as cleaning and organizing, providing clues to the customers and resetting the rooms after the customers leave.
The work hours are in the afternoons and evenings, plus weekends. Saturday availability is a must for this position.
