Macy's Watch and Jewelry Repair is hiring a retail sales associate and technician. Many of our long-term employees enjoy the opportunity to help customers restore treasured heirloom timepieces.
Retail Sales Associate (Watch and Jewelry Repair) Responsibilities
- Replace batteries in watches
- Perform other minor watch and jewelry repair
- Sell major repair services to be sent out to our workshop
- Sell add-on services
- Work alone in the department after initial training is complete
- 2 days a week/16 hours have flexible availability for additional hours. Sundays and Monday shifts are a must.
Retail Sales Associate (Watch and Jewelry Repair) Qualifications
- 1 year experience with sales and customer service
- Enthusiasm about watches and jewelry
- Dexterity working with your hands
