Time of Tailor, a luxury bespoke tailoring house based in Miami, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Associate. This role requires both inside and outside sales, with a focus on direct communication with clients. The Sales Associate will be responsible for calling clients, conducting in-person appointments, and building long-term relationships to promote and sell bespoke suits and tailoring services.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and sales skills. A passion for luxury fashion and personalized service is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients by phone to introduce and promote tailoring services.
- Conduct in-person appointments and fittings with clients in the showroom or at external locations.
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing and after-sales support.
- Actively prospect new clients through networking, partnerships, and outreach.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding the brand’s high standards.
- Represent Time of Tailor with professionalism and discretion in every client interaction.
