Studio Manager / Operator – Creative Art Studio
We are a growing, creative art studio working with children, families, and community programs. We’re looking for a Studio Manager / Operator — someone who is great with people, thinks independently, and takes real pride in running something well.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForStudio Operations & Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations and flow
- Be the main point of contact for families and staff
- Lead, support, and direct studio staff
- Ensure materials, setup, and cleanup are handled smoothly
- Maintain studio standards, organization, and overall experience
Programs & Planning
- Run and oversee mini camps / art camp / after-school programs / classes
- Help plan and organize creative programming and schedules
- Ensure programs are engaging, thoughtful, and age-appropriate
- Adapt programming as needed based on group needs and studio flow
Parties & Events
- Lead and run creative art parties from start to finish
- Communicate clearly and confidently with parents
- Manage timing, staff, materials, and group energy
- Ensure parties feel organized, elevated, and special
Sales, Growth & Client Relationships
- Confidently explain studio offerings, programs, and party options
- Talk comfortably about pricing, packages, and add-ons
- Turn regular visitors into future clients (programs, parties, camps)
- Support bookings through warm, clear communication
- Think about retention, repeat business, and long-term relationships
