RECONCILIATION ANALYST
Time Equities, Inc. ("TEI"), an international real estate investment and development company, seeks a detail-oriented professional with strong Excel and interpersonal skills to work closely with professionals across the company to reconcile large volume bank accounts and other critical responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reconciling a large volume of bank accounts using a computer reconciliation program
- Completing monthly bank reconciliations for escrow accounts, monitoring cash balances, and following up with attorneys when needed
- Working with the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management departments to investigate and resolve outstanding reconciliation items and provide regular reporting updates to the supervisor concerning findings and overall progress.
- Prepare journal entries for the month-end close.
- Research reconciling items and miscellaneous transactions with the bank, and recommend the correct action to be taken
- Entering new bank account information into our Kyriba platform and ensuring the daily transmission of services has started.
- Reviewing, allocating, and submitting bank fee reimbursements for each bank on a quarterly basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills and other personal characteristics.
- BS or an associate's degree in accounting is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is a must.
- detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Account reconciliation experience is preferred.
- Experience with MRI is a plus.
- Experience with Kyriba is a plus.
- Must work in person, onsite, 5 days a week
COMPENSATION: 65-75K
