This is a full-time on-site role based in Miami, FL. As a Property Maintenance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and proper functioning of residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include conducting routine inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance, responding to tenant requests in a timely manner, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. You will also assist in maintaining strong and positive relationships with tenants and property owners while maintaining the overall appearance and operation of properties.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with tenants, property owners, and team members.
• Knowledge of Commercial and Residential Real Estate operations and maintenance practices.
• Basic understanding of Sales as it relates to property management and leasing opportunities.
• Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in maintenance or property management are beneficial.
