- Must reside in the state where services are being delivered
- To Start - this would need to be 100% in-person (home/school/community (NO Clinics).
- After the 1st Month: you can switch to 50/50 telemedicine & in-person (so 1 week in person, the next week telemedicine (as long as the funder allows it)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated BCBA to serve families in the Ocala and adjacent areas. This role is for someone who leads with empathy, believes in neurodiversity, and wants to practice ABA the way it should be practiced—affirming, ethical, and empowering. You must be ready to make a meaningful six-month minimum commitment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans using the Empowerment Model
- Supervise and mentor RBTs with compassion and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to ensure holistic support
- Deliver parent/caregiver training that empowers families and affirms their child's identity
- Monitor progress through data-driven decision-making while centering the individual's preferences and goals
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in alignment with the BACB Ethics Code and our neurodiversity-affirming values
QUALIFICATIONS
Required: • Active BCBA certification in good standing • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field • Active Florida Medicaid Number • Commitment to a minimum of six (6) months of service • Reliable transportation for in-home/community-based services throughout the Ocala area • A heart for serving neurodivergent individuals and families with compassion
- Bilingual candidates warmly welcomed
