This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controller located in Waxahachie, TX. The Controller will oversee the company's financial operations, including financial planning, budget management, and preparation of periodic financial reports. The role involves supervising accounting procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing financial records, and collaborating with leadership to support strategic decision-making. The Controller will also lead efforts to optimize financial performance and maintain internal controls.
- Strong expertise in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Proficiency in General Ledger Management, Financial Reporting, and Auditing
- Experience in Compliance, Taxation, and Risk Management
- Advanced knowledge of Accounting Software and ERP systems
- Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while performing in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field (CPA or CMA designation preferred)
