In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and technicians—helping ensure every visit is smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen to their service needs
- Write and manage repair orders from drop-off through delivery
- Communicate with technicians to gather repair recommendations
- Explain repairs, costs, and warranty details clearly and professionally
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process
- Review completed repairs, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Help achieve department sales goals and high customer service scores
- Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
