This role is essential in ensuring our pre-owned and new vehicles are showroom ready, helping to maintain high standards of appearance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements
- Perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
- Replace or repair worn or damaged parts such as trim, molding, and lights
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle reconditioning
- Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment
- Assist with vehicle inspections and reporting on reconditioning progress
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive reconditioning, detailing, or collision repair preferred
- Knowledge of paint repair, dent removal, and detailing techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
