Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and service technicians in a professional and friendly manner
- Identify and locate the correct parts using catalogs and computer systems
- Provide pricing, availability, and product information
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
- Maintain stock levels and participate in inventory control
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming parts shipments
- Communicate effectively with the service and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive components and systems
- Familiarity with parts lookup and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
