Key Responsibilities
- Sand, mask, and prepare vehicles for the painting process
- Clean and degrease panels using proper solvents and techniques
- Apply primer and assist with surface smoothing and minor body repairs
- Work closely with painters and technicians to ensure high-quality finishes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of paint prep or body shop experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Comfortable using sanding tools, masking materials, and cleaning solvents
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
