Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at our Chambersburg Hyundai dealership. The Finance Manager will be responsible for assisting customers with financing and insurance options, ensuring compliance with lending requirements, and maximizing dealership profitability while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who is flexible, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in securing financing and insurance options for vehicle purchases.
• Present and explain financing options, extended service contracts, and other protection products.
• Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and local laws as well as dealership policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the sales team to support overall dealership goals.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred but not necessary.
• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive finance required.
• Strong knowledge of lending practices, credit applications, and compliance regulations.
• Sales experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and financial institutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
