Express Technician

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Express Technician to join our fast-paced service team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for cars who wants to grow in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks on various vehicle make and models.
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify additional service requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical issues including brake pads, filters, belts, and fluid leaks.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold efficiency and safety standards.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry safety standards always.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an automotive technology program or relevant work experience.
• ASE certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and deliver results efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
