BDC Manager 111

We are looking for an experienced and driven BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center at our Chambersburg Hyundai dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized, goal-oriented leader with a strong understanding of customer service, lead management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the BDC department
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of BDC representatives
• Monitor inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and appointment scheduling
• Develop phone scripts, email templates, and follow-up processes to maximize customer engagement
• Track and report performance metrics such as response time, appointment set rate, and show rate
• Work closely with the Sales and Service departments to ensure seamless customer communication
• Oversee CRM usage to ensure accurate and timely lead handling
• Handle escalated customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant certification is a plus.2 years of experience in an automotive BDC, customer service, or sales management role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of CRM systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• A customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
