What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night RN/LVN position at TIMBERWOOD NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER?
This is a non-exempt, hourly position which provides nursing care within the scope of practice of a registered nurse including administering prescribed medications, documenting the condition, care and treatment of patients, observing and assessing patients and notifying physicians of significant changes. A registered nursing license is required.
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Shift: Night Hours: Full-time, 6:00pm-6:00am
Licensure: Texas RN or LVN License is required
