Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents.
- Implement sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met across all areas.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work with proper safety protocols.
- Utilize janitorial and custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, including janitorial or custodial work.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures, including the use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Strong skills in dusting, surface cleaning, floor maintenance, and carpet cleaning.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Customer service orientation with clear communication skills for client interaction.
