Timberline Tree Service is looking for an experienced ISA Certified Arborist Production Foreman to lead a high-performing tree care crew. We are seeking a strong leader who is committed to safety, quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
Position
ISA Certified Arborist Production Foreman (Full-Time)
Pay
$35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current ISA Certified Arborist certification (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman in the tree care industry
- Proven leadership experience managing production crews
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop a team while maintaining high production standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a professional tree care crew
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment
- Solve problems quickly and make sound decisions in the field
- Plan daily work to maximize production without compromising safety or quality
- Train, coach, and hold crew members accountable
- Perform tree pruning, removals, and related arboricultural work in accordance with ANSI standards
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operated safely
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
