Timberline Spa is hiring a friendly, skilled, and reliable Licensed Nail Technician. We offer a guaranteed hourly base, additional service commission, and 100% of your earned tips—giving you stability while you grow your clientele.

You do not need to bring a full client book. Timberline Spa provides front-desk support, online booking, active marketing, and opportunities to work with new and returning guests.

Compensation

• Guaranteed hourly base: $15-$25 per hour
• Additional commission on completed services
• 100% of earned tips

• No booth rent
• Pay based on experience, skill level, availability, and services offered

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional manicures and pedicures
• Provide gel, dip, acrylic, Gel-X, builder gel, or nail-art services based on your experience
• Consult with guests and help them choose the right services
• Create a friendly, comfortable, and professional client experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly sanitized workstation
• Educate guests about maintenance, aftercare, and rebooking
• Work with the front desk and salon team to keep appointments running smoothly
• Build long-term relationships with new and returning clients

What We’re Looking For

• Current Colorado Nail Technician or Cosmetology License
• Previous professional salon experience preferred
• Strong client communication and consultation skills
• Friendly, dependable, punctual, and professional
• Confident performing the services listed on your application
• Strong attention to detail and sanitation
• Comfortable working with a diverse clientele
• Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
• Interested in building a consistent, long-term schedule

Skills We Are Interested In

Experience in every service is not required. We are especially interested in technicians skilled in one or more of the following:

• Natural nail manicures
• Pedicures
• Gel manicures
• Dip powder
• Acrylic nails
• Gel-X
• Builder gel
• Nail art and detailed designs

Schedule

Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Evening and Saturday availability is preferred. We are looking for someone who can maintain a dependable weekly schedule and wants to grow with the salon.
