This position works closely with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager to understand the goals and direction of Timberline Mechanical and lead their team to generate profits.
- Scheduling (with superintendents and customers), provide daily updates to customer as to project status
- Able to read and understand blueprints
- Electronic capabilities for service processes (timecards, scheduling, and complete daily work logs)
- Customer interaction and communication
- Complete installation of DX split systems
- Complete installation of rooftop units
- HVAC equipment retrofits, replacements, and additions
- Complete installation of make-up air systems
- Complete installation of VAV systems
- Complete installation of heat pumps systems
- Complete installation of Variable Refrigerant Flow systems
- Duct Work modifications and replacement
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Also requires frequent bending and lifting, standing and walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders.
- Minimum 5 years field experience
- Universal CFC Refrigerant Certification
- OSHA 30
Salary : $45 - $52
