Role Description The Kitchen and Bath Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO. This role is responsible for meeting with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget, and translating those requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bath designs. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed layouts and 3D renderings, specifying cabinetry, fixtures, finishes, and materials, and preparing accurate project proposals. The designer will coordinate with project managers, installers, and vendors to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and executed to quality standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining showroom displays, supporting sales activities, and providing clear, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong Kitchen & Bath Design skills, including space planning, material selection, and the ability to create detailed drawings or renderings.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust, manage expectations, and guide clients through the design and remodeling process.
- Proven Sales abilities, including consultative selling, project quoting, and supporting clients in product and finish selections.
- Knowledge of Cabinetry design, construction, and configuration to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Experience with design software (e.g., 2020, CAD, or similar) and proficiency with basic office and email tools.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in kitchen and bath design, residential remodeling, or a related interior design field preferred.
- NKBA certification, design-related education, or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
