About the Role
Timberline Glamping Poconos, operator of Timberline Glamping Company Hickory Run and Timberline Glamping Company Promised Land, is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Tent Hospitality Specialists to help create exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful outdoor setting. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining clean and welcoming spaces, and understands that every detail contributes to a memorable stay. Primary responsibilities include housekeeping, site turnover, restocking guest amenities, and supporting day-to-day operational readiness across the property.
Key Responsibilities
· Clean, sanitize, and reset glampsites between guest stays so each site is fully prepared for arrival.
· Refresh beds, linens, furnishings, supplies, and outdoor amenities to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
· Deliver and stock guest add-ons such as firewood, outdoor games, and other requested items prior to guest arrival.
· Inspect sites for cleanliness, presentation, damages, safety issues, and maintenance needs, and promptly report concerns to management.
· Help maintain storage areas, housekeeping supplies, and operational materials in an organized and efficient manner.
· Support overall property appearance and operational standards by assisting with light upkeep and other assigned tasks as needed.
Schedule & Availability
· Typical shifts are daytime hours, generally 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with flexibility based on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and operational needs.
· This is a part-time position with schedules that may vary by season and location.
· Availability may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed during peak travel periods.
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, campground operations, or a related field is preferred.
· Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
· Comfort working in an outdoor-focused environment and adapting to changing weather and site conditions.
· A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to creating a clean, welcoming environment for guests.
· Good time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks during busy turnover days.
· Weekend availability is strongly preferred, especially during peak season.
Physical & Work Requirements
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods throughout a shift.
· Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs., including linens, supplies, firewood, and guest items.
· Ability to work safely indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Ability to navigate uneven terrain, gravel paths, stairs, and site-specific outdoor environments.
