Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Canton, MA, for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for executing human resources functions such as managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and supporting HR management processes. This role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment through collaboration and effective communication with team members at all levels.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Human Resources, including HR Management and HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
